I rather enjoy seeing the rain fall, and I love watching water flow. However, there is a caveat in that I don't want to see the water flowing up to my front door or down the streets on which I drive - at least not to a point that it stops traffic
I enjoy the rain also; however, I prefer to be able to enjoy it on a day on which I can stay at home; venturing out in it while wearing dress clothes is less than ideal.

That could be an issue. One that I hope to have to endure in a few months.

You haven't lived here long enough to get into serious ark building.
Our last really good flood was 94. It is about time for another.
The only problem is that Lake Conroe is empty. If it was full, then katy bar the door and get that ark built
